Are you looking for a way to help you become more consistent with exercise, relieve some stress, and have fun with friends in your community? Join us to get a full body workout which will include cardio, strength, and core exercises that are designed to target and begin strengthening your major muscle groups! The movements can be modified up or down to fit your needs and comfort level. All levels welcome. Sign up now and bring your water, a mat, and a friend!
Choose from the following two class times and dates:
Six Tuesday evenings at 6pm-7pm starting March 24
Six Wednesday mornings at 11am-12pm starting March 25
Price: $70 per person for 6 classes
