Do you want to strengthen your muscles and sharpen your movements? This class will include Strength and Cross training moves. We will start slow and increase in intensity as your skills improve. The class will include body weight exercises, other weights, and jump/cardio moves. Come join us for lots of variety and fun. Sign up now and invite a friend. Remember to bring your water and a set of dumbbells (weight you are comfortable using).
