Join us for our Gentle Yoga series led by Gail Bastarache. This class will be focused toward beginners but is open to all ages and skill levels.

Starting January, Wednesdays from 2-3pm *unless otherwise indicated No Class
Participants will register by the month at a rate of $8 per month.
No prorated registration will be accepted. All participants must pay the full month rate for any/all sessions. As our classes are growing please register online or stop by the office to register. This will ensure you are signed up for the correct days, and no one will be left out.

Mats will be provided on day of class for those in need
Please indicate need at time of registration. Used mats will be sanitized and wiped following each class.
